Having taken delivery of the new MK7 Golf in 2013 we started development on the ECU with only 30 miles on the clock.
What did this development deliver?
We spent hours or development with the main Bosch EDC17 ECU while incorprating a secondary module to run the engine sensors. We have chosen our adaptive module system to work in conjunction with the main engine ECU to deliver outstanding results of torque and mpg. Over 5000 miles of testing have now been completed an fuel economy results have been extended by almost 15% in some cases over the standard figures with nothing less than a bucket full of extra torque that pulls to 4500rpm with ease.
+35bhp +90Nm Torque can be tuned with our performance software for every day use with full Elite vRace maps coming soon for those who wants that little extra.
72.6 MPG was achieved over a 2 hour journey at an average speed of 56MPH using the M20 motorway in Kent as our testing facilities.
Remaps UK & JF Automotive have now successfully tuned over 30 GTD & GT Diesel MK7 Golf’s all with great results for performance and most importunely more MPG with an average of 14% fuel saving.
